Please use this form to sign up for one of our incoming 9th-grade course scheduling meetings. These meetings are for students who are not currently enrolled at the Dorset School, Flood Brook School, Maple Street School, or MEMS as Burr and Burton staff will be meeting directly with students at these schools in the spring. In these meetings we will review the course scheduling process for the 2025-2026 school year, discuss core academic courses, elective courses, and overall academic programming options.

The meetings will be about 30 - 40 minutes long and are hosted in the school's Belltower Room in Founders Hall.

    Meetings will occur on:

          Friday, April 11 at 1:30 p.m
          Wednesday, April 16 at 4 p.m.
          Wednesday, April 30 at 4 p.m.

If one of these dates doesn't work, please indicate this on the form and we will reach out later in April to set up a zoom or in-person meeting.

Founders Hall is number #5 on the following map. https://www.burrburton.org/about/campus-map-and-directions. The Belltower room is on the top floor.

You are welcome to park in the Faculty Lot (#32 on the map), along Seminary Ave, or at the upper circle (#12 on the map).

If your child is entering BBA as a 10th, 11th or 12th grader, a School Counselor will reach out to you individually to set up a time to meet regarding the course requests and schedule.

During these student meetings parents and guardians are welcome to spend time on campus or in the Founders Hall library.
